He taught the first edition of the book for five semesters at Albstadt-Sigmaringen University. Inform., born 1966 from Offenbach/Main, Germany, works as a freelancer in the fields of IT project management of international on/off-shore projects, IT quality and software test management as well as moderation and international team development. After an apprenticeship and work in social security, he studied computer science and earned a doctorate in mechanical engineering.
