This book gathers the proceedings of the 30th Scientific-Experts Conference of Agriculture and Food Industry, held on September 26-27, 2019, in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Further, the book discusses key social and environmental issues, and proposes answers to current challenges.
