Abstract: This book presents high-quality papers from the Third International Conference on Smart Computing and Informatics (SCI 2018−19), organized by the School of Computer Engineering and School of Computer Application, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, from 21 to 22 December 2018.
